I have had few interactions with Roland,but they were always good ones, even if I didn't agree with him about what we were talking about. But I never got the chance to, so I'm going to say it now. Thank you Roland for everything you did for me.
It's been people like you who have taught me that as a person with a disability I do have a voice. As I was at my first national ADAPT action your words about a person not knowing anything about the disability community if they haven't been on the streets with ADAPT were with me all week. AT 27, I still got alot to learn about being independent but because of you I'm getting there.
